Partner organisations and the Consortium

The National Collaborating Centre for Women's and Children's Health is supported by a range of partner organisations who share a passion for producing clinically relevant and implementable guidelines. A consortium ensures that there is a collaborative approach to projects reflecting the multi-dimensional nature of NHS care and ensuring that products are developed in a fair and inclusive manner and in accordance with NICE methodological principles.

This reputation has provided a strong platform for implementation which has led to improvements in outcomes and choices for women and children.
